Cynthia is the CEO of Leadership Speaks, a consulting firm that provides professional training, facilitation, and coaching for education, non-profit, and the business community. She served as Deputy Executive Director for two Texas Regional Education Service Centers and as Associate Director for the Texas Association of Rural Schools. Her purpose is focused on ensuring access to quality learning that is steeped in growth opportunities – being better people tomorrow than today.

Her mission is to teach the “untaught skills” that are the foundation to living and leading in life. She thrives on leveraging the unique strengths of every person. The MyChoice2Lead program that she designed was created to impact self-awareness, relationship management, and reshape how each person perceives conflict. Cynthia’s goal is to develop confident, caring leaders that cultivate cohesive teams that know how to get along and achieve superior performance.

Cynthia holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington, a M.Ed. from Texas A&M. She is currently pursuing her International Coaching Federation credentials. She resides in Heath, TX with husband, Tom, and is a proud Nana to her new granddaughter, Mattie.
